It was value for money, no frills, and does the job. Just do not set your expectations very high.
The location was close to everything I needed, and the staff was very responsive. The place felt very safe and secure. The internet was very strong and secure, and allowed me to work properly from there.
The whole building was old and musty, and you could tell, right from the get-go.

Very accessible to the Makati malls and to our meeting venues. Facilities were a bit outdated, but very clean. Staff provides exemplary service.

Very Good
Staff especially front desk exceptionally friendly. Overall a good place if you need to be close to malls. Many within walking distance. Central yet quiet.
If you using MRT or LRT then closest station a 15 minute walk. But taxis cheap anyway.
